The price for legalizing a document depends on several important components.
1. Whether or not an apostille will be affixed to the document from the Republic of Bulgaria;
2. Whether notarizations will be performed;
3. How many languages is the document in? Some documents contain two or more languages and therefore each signature of the respective translator should be certified;
4. Through how many state institutions will the document be certified?
5. What bank fees are due and through which bank is the transfer of the respective amount made;
6. What is the volume of legalized documents?
7. The most important component is the TIME for carrying out the legalization: standard, fast, express;
It is important for us to be fair to our clients. Depending on the legalization, different options for the entire process can be applied – whether legalization first, whether translation and legalization at the same time, or only translation first. In this way, we actually save our clients money. Therefore, it is best to contact us to receive competent consultation, saving time and, above all, money.
Care should also be taken when choosing a company or courier, as it is not uncommon for unrealistically low prices to mislead customers and they consequently do not receive a full service. Several common “tricks” are:
1. It is not specified whether the prices indicated on the relevant site include the apostille or not, and the fee only includes the price for certifying the translator’s signature.
2. The same prices are indicated, without specifying which country the document is intended for. It is important to know which countries require an apostille and which do not. If this important detail is not taken into account, deadlines will most likely be missed or an additional payment will be requested.
