• original issued as a CERTIFICATE with the signature of the director of RUSO and seal
• official translation by a sworn translator into the relevant language
• certification by the National Social Security Institute
• APOSTLE of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• certification of the translation at the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
